Fit & Over 50 – In the Gym

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Get out and get fit! Strength training designed for adults over 50. This specially designed program is safe, enjoyable and effective using resistance bands, light weight free weights, “bender balls” for standing core work and chairs for stability exercise. Equipment provided!
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1-2 pm in the Comm Gym.
Drop in, $7 per class.
