Group Pilates – Tuesday and Thursday mornings – 9:30-10:15 am – Beginning Tuesday October 20th with Jocelin Akers.  Drop in $7 per class. In the Gym. Need to bring a floor mat.

Fit & Over 50 – Tuesday’s and Thursday’s- 1:00- 2:00 pm – With Pat Barnes -Drop in $7 per class-In the Gym.  Equipment provided.

Yoga – Tuesday’s – 6:30 -7:30 pm – With Diane Reuss – Drop in class – In the Scout Room.

Burn & FirmMonday’s & Wednesday’s – 6:00-6:45 pm – Beginning Monday October 19th with Becky Zumback. Drop in $5 per class.  In the Gym. Bring floor mat and weights. NO CLASS ON OCTOBER 26TH.

Senior Open Gym– Monday’s and Wednesday’s – 12:30 – 1:30 pm- Beginning Monday October 20, 2020.  In the Comm Gym. Reserved time for indoor walking and socialization. Masks and social distancing required. Age 60 and over. Soft soled shoes recommended. Free of charge.
