Tuesday February 25th 6:30pm, Standardized College Testing
This workshop will address all of the options for standardized college admissions testing and provide tips for successful preparation.
Tuesday March 25th 6:30pm, Special Needs Students and Strategies for Post-Secondary Success
Advice and information for special needs students and families planning for post-secondary education. Specific information on transition, college and career options, employment, standardized testing, OVR, and other relevant information. Several brochures and pamphlets will be provided to each family for additional pointers.
Tuesday April 22nd 6:30pm, The Interview
Major details on successful interviewing will be presented. This will be applicable to students planning on attending college to adults entering or re-entering the workforce.
Tuesday May 20th 6:30pm, Career Exploration
This interactive workshop will help students embrace new career experiences and take advantage of opportunities to participate in career shadowing.

PAT BARNES’ FIT AND OVER 50
Strength training class designed for men and woman ages 50 and over. Program is safe, enjoyable and effective using resistance bands, lightweight free weights, bender balls for standing core work and chairs for stability exercise. First two classes FREE! Try it and you will love it!
